Rev. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, born on April 10, 1964, in Calabar, is the First Lady of Cross River State. She hails from Creek-Town in Odukpani LGA and holds degrees in education and public administration from UNICROSS and UNICAL.
Rev. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu has over 35 years of distinguished service in various educational and administrative roles, including as Executive Secretary of the PPSMB and in senior positions at the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority.
Following her retirement, she became the First Lady in May 2023. An ordained Rev.erend, she serves as Vice President of the Voice of God Christian Mission Inc.
